An Heir of Water - Signed Paperback

An Heir of Water - Signed Paperback

Christmas Travel Note: Last shipment before Christmas will be on the 19th December. Any orders placed by the end of the 18th will be shipped on this date. If you order from the 19th-31st December, your order will be posted in the first week of January. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

By purchasing the book here, instead of via Amazon, you not only get a SIGNED VERSION (personalised to your name or anything if you want - request drawings at your own peril), you ALSO get to support me more directly. I make more from website sales than I do on Amazon. (I get £1-2 per paperback there, and here it's more like £4-5 per copy.)

Note from the Author:

This short novella (30,000 words) is set a few years before the events of the core Amefyre series, and as such can be read at any time. I wrote it after Book 2, and I do feel it benefits from reading it with the context of the world, so my recommendation would be to read this after Pocket, or Promise, but before Claiming (for maximum resonance and emotional destruction).

Blurb:

TRUE POWER CAN BE AS SOFT AS PETALS, AND ARDENT LOVE AS FRAGILE.

Viantha Waterborne wants to die.

Her abusive brother flaunts his upcoming naming as heir, and she wants no part in it. She hides in the corners of their aching manor, avoiding the worst of his torment and cultivating fantasies of escaping her life forever.

Then a grounded gardener offers her a kind word, and her existence blooms with fresh colour. But hope is a dangerous thing.

An enthralling, vividly intimate, and devastating novella set several years before the events of the Amefyre series.
